CREAM Profiles

CREAM was incorporated on 26th March 2004 and started to operate under company status limited by guarantee with effect from January 2006.

CREAM focuses on the development of the construction industry through enhancing its productivity and competitiveness through research. Currently, CREAM obtain research funding from CIDB.

Missions

To serve the strategic research needs of Malaysian construction industry. CREAM is committed to working with all industry’s stakeholders and researchers to explore and encourage the development of a knowledge-based industry responsive to changing demand.

Visions

The nation will recognize CREAM as the leading institute for R&D in Malaysian construction industry and to be the top-3 in Asia.
